The colors in this are really what appeal to me. All the different shades of blue look great, yet not so overwhelming that you're like, gosh, TOO much blue.

The background is well done. The little stars randomly placed about are a great little detail. I was also impressed by the shadow done in the water, because sometimes people forget about that.

As someone else said, the face does look a little stiff or unrealistic. I'm not even sure what emotion the girl is trying to show.

Also, I wish the writing was moved over a little bit, just so that's not covering as much of the girl's dress as it is.

Overall a stunning photomanipulation. Well done.
